At First Due Wash Co., we believe doing the job right means more than delivering exceptional results. It means protecting your property, respecting your time, and serving our community with integrity every step of the way.
At First Due Wash Co., we believe exceptional service never goes out of style.
As a family-owned business, we built this company on the values of integrity, reliability, and treating people the right way. We believe showing up on time, communicating honestly, and taking pride in our work should be the standard — not the exception.
Our roots in public service have shaped the way we do business. Every job is an opportunity to serve our neighbors, protect the communities we live in, and leave every property better than we found it.
Whether we’re sanitizing trash bins, restoring a driveway, soft washing a home, or helping a business maintain a clean and professional appearance, we approach every project with the same commitment to quality and care.
Because to us, this has never been just about cleaning. It’s about earning your trust, exceeding your expectations, and building lasting relationships with the people and communities we proudly serve.
We invested in professional equipment so you don’t have to worry.
Anyone can spray dirty water into the street.
Professional cleaning means taking responsibility for what happens after the cleaning is complete. That’s why we’ve invested in equipment specifically designed for responsible wastewater management.
Our commercial cleaning system features a 17-stage filtration process designed to capture and filter wastewater generated during the cleaning process.
Rather than allowing contaminated runoff to flow into storm drains, our system is designed to manage wastewater responsibly while delivering exceptional cleaning performance.
Wastewater is captured and contained during cleaning.
17-stage filtration removes contaminants from the water.
Filtered water is reused and properly managed.
We believe professional cleaning should never come at the expense of the environment.
While some cleaning methods allow contaminated wastewater to flow into streets and storm drains, we’ve invested in professional equipment designed to capture, filter, and responsibly manage the water used during the cleaning process. Because doing the job right means caring about what happens after the cleaning is complete.
We believe the quality of our equipment matters just as much as the quality of our service.
Our commercial cleaning system features an advanced 17-stage wastewater filtration system designed to capture wastewater during the cleaning process. This technology allows water to be filtered and reused multiple times while supporting responsible wastewater management.
By investing in professional equipment, we’re able to deliver exceptional cleaning results while helping protect the environment we all share.
Our equipment and cleaning process are designed to support responsible wastewater management and operate in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
An inspection by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) found this type of professional cleaning system to be in compliance with applicable requirements of the Michigan Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA) and applicable federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations.
We chose this equipment because it reflects our commitment to doing the job the right way—for our customers, our communities, and the environment.
