We’re a family-owned business built on the values of service, integrity, and professionalism. Every home and business we visit is treated with the same care and respect we’d expect for our own.
At First Due Wash Co., we believe exceptional service never goes out of style.
Inspired by a tradition of service and a commitment to doing the job right, we founded First Due Wash Co. with one goal — to provide homeowners and businesses with dependable, professional exterior cleaning they can trust.
From the beginning, we’ve believed that success isn’t just measured by cleaner bins or brighter concrete. It’s measured by showing up when we say we will, treating people with respect, and leaving every property better than we found it.
A clean property is about more than appearance.
Fresh, sanitized bins help reduce odors, discourage pests, and create a healthier environment around your home.
Clean driveways and walkways improve curb appeal while helping protect the surfaces you’ve invested in.
We do what we say we’ll do.
We arrive prepared, communicate clearly, and respect your property.
Our customers come first.
We’re proud to serve Livingston County and surrounding areas.
Professional cleaning shouldn’t come at the expense of the environment. That’s why we’ve invested in equipment and practices designed to help protect our local waterways while delivering outstanding results.
We’re Mike and Michelle — a husband-and-wife team who believes great service starts with showing up, doing the job right, and treating every customer’s home like it’s our own.
The values that built this company weren’t created overnight. They’re the result of years spent serving others, working hard, and believing that integrity still matters.
When we started First Due Wash Co., we weren’t just looking to build a business. We wanted to build something our family could be proud of — something our community could rely on.
Every trash bin we sanitize, every driveway we restore, and every property we clean is another opportunity to serve our neighbors with professionalism, honesty, and care.
Because to us, this has never been just about cleaning. It’s about helping families enjoy healthier homes, helping businesses present their best, and leaving every property better than we found it.
Whether you need recurring bin cleaning, professional surface cleaning, or commercial exterior cleaning, First Due Wash Co. is ready to help.
